Anxiety

You can overcome this using a range of simple and easy to learn techniques which you can take away and use throughout your life.

You may feel anxious about certain situations such as work, or going out socially, or it may be something which affects every aspect of your life, making you feel anxious all of the time.

Butterflies in the tummy, and improved focus are a helpful approach to a problem or new situation.

However, when it turns into stomach cramps, sick feelings, dry mouth, sweating or blushing it becomes something else. Gradually you can become so worried about the symptoms of anxiety that it turns into panic attacks or constant anxiety, often called Generalised Anxiety Disorder or GAD.

Whilst Hypnotherapy can work well Kate may also treat you using a range of other approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Techniques and Stress Inoculation Training,

Anxiety responds particularly well to both Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) and mindfulness.

Stop worrying about your anxiety and take action to take control - you can do it!
